The first step is to register your company on our platform. Create an account to upload images, place orders and track their status. The process is fast and secure.

Photo preparation
Submit photo in electronic format (max 100 MB) in formats: JPG, PNG, TIFF, PSD, HEIC, PDF, SVG, WEBP, BMP. Recommended resolution is a minimum of 600 dpi. We recommend studio, ID, passport or other high quality photographs.

Placing an order
Place your order through our online platform. The system allows you to quickly upload images and selection of product parameters and monitor the status of your order. Order

Retouching and preparation
Photos are retouched by our team to meet the highest quality standards.

Production and order processing
Production time is usually up to 7 working days, but we have products that can take longer to complete may take longer. If the design requires approval, the time is calculated from the moment of its approval.

Delivery and collection
We deliver products by priority registered mail, courier, via InPost (including Parcel Post) or the Polish Post Office, according to your preference. We try to ship orders as quickly as possible.

Requirements for uploaded files

Details of uploaded files:
- Files in JPG and PNG and HEIC formats are preferred for their processing speed. And in 95% of cases they are sufficient.
- TIFF and PSD formats usually provide the highest quality editing.
- PDF, SVG and WEBP files are accepted, but may require additional preparation.
- We recommend uploading files with a minimum resolution of 600 dpi to ensure the highest quality of the finished product.
