GENERAL INFORMATION
1. The owner of the online shop at betimo.pl is: BETIMO Michał Parpura, Kraśnik
Górny 46B, 59-700 Bolesławiec, Tax Identification Number (NIP): 6121760836, National Business Register Number (REGON): 021440292, entered in the
of the town of Bolesławiec under number 116511 – hereinafter referred to in these terms and conditions as BETIMO.
2. By using the BETIMO online shop, you agree to these terms and conditions.
3. Only adults are authorised to make purchases at the BETIMO shop.
4. The goods displayed on the BETIMO online shop’s web pages do not constitute an offer within the meaning of the Civil Code
(they serve solely as commercial information)
5. By placing an order, the customer makes an offer to purchase the items ordered,
in accordance with the information about them available at the time of ordering on
the shop’s website. The point at which the contract of sale is concluded is the moment
the customer confirms acceptance of the order for fulfilment in the
order form at step 3/3.
ORDER FULFILMENT
1. Orders can be placed by completing the order form correctly
as provided on the BETIMO website (betimo.pl) or by email to
the following address: info@betimo.pl
2. The order will only be processed if the form is completed correctly and includes
address details and a telephone number, enabling our staff to
verify the validity of the order placed. BETIMO may refuse to process
orders that raise doubts, cannot be confirmed,
are unclear or have been placed using an incorrectly completed
order form.
3. The customer may amend or cancel their order by emailing
info@betimo.pl, quoting the order number. Such changes or cancellation are
only possible until the order has been dispatched to the Customer. Orders that have already been dispatched are not
subject to this procedure.
4. Orders can be placed 24 hours a day, all year round.
5. Orders placed on weekdays after 5 pm, and on Saturdays,
Sundays and public holidays, will be processed on the next working day.
6. The estimated delivery time is stated for each product.
7. Where a design is produced but no photograph is taken. The cost of the design ranges from 20 to 75 zł, depending on the type of design produced.
PAYMENTS
1. The BETIMO shop accepts the following payment methods:
a. Cash on delivery – parcel delivered by post or
courier
b. Electronic prepayment – bank transfer to the account of BETIMO Michał Parpura.

c. Payment by debit or credit card or via online bank transfer using the PayU system
2. The prices of goods listed in the BETIMO shop are quoted in Polish zlotys
and in euros (for foreign customers) and include value added tax (VAT).
The prices quoted do not include the cost of delivery for the ordered goods.
3. A VAT invoice is issued for each transaction. The buyer consents to
the issue of a VAT invoice and authorises BETIMO to issue a VAT invoice without
the recipient’s signature.
DELIVERY
1. Ordered goods are delivered to the Customer within Poland via
a courier company or Poczta Polska, in accordance with the delivery charges listed on
the betimo.pl website. Purchased goods are delivered to the address
specified in the order form.
2. We also offer international delivery. International delivery costs are
calculated on a case-by-case basis. In such cases, before making payment, please
contact us by email at: info@betimo.pl to arrange the details.
3. BETIMO reserves the right to cancel an order if the
parcel is not collected from the courier.
4. Upon receipt of the goods, the Customer is obliged to check that the parcel does not
show any damage caused during transport. A condition for the consideration of
any complaint is the completion, in the presence of a courier company employee,
a damage report in the presence of a courier company employee, stating the date, time of delivery and a description of the damage.
RETURNS AND COMPLAINTS
1. In accordance with the Act on the Protection of Certain Consumer Rights and on
Liability for Damage Caused by a Dangerous Product of
2 March 2000 (Journal of Laws of 2000, No. 22, item 271, as subsequently amended), the Buyer may
withdraw from the contract without giving any reason, within 14 days of the date on which
the goods were received by the Buyer.
2. In the case referred to in point 1, the Buyer is obliged to return
the goods without delay, no later than within 14 days.
3. The cost of returning the goods is borne by the Buyer.
4. Returned goods must be in their original condition, accompanied by proof of purchase and
a written statement of withdrawal from the contract. The statement must also
include the bank account number to which the refund is to be paid.
5. If the refund is approved, the money will be refunded within 10 working days
by bank transfer to the account specified by the Customer.
6. Goods made to individual order cannot be returned.
7. In the event of a complaint, the Customer is required to return the goods to the following address:
BETIMO Fotoceramika; Kraśnik Górny 46B, 59-700 Bolesławiec – together with a written
explanation of the reason for the complaint. The complaint will be processed within 7 days. If
the complaint is upheld, the goods will be replaced with new ones or, if
the item in question is unavailable, the Customer will be offered a refund
or an alternative item available at the same price.
8. The cost of returning the goods shall be borne by the Customer. BETIMO does not accept parcels sent on a
cash-on-delivery basis. The Buyer is obliged to secure
the returned goods appropriately so that they are not damaged during transit.

PRIVACY POLICY
1. The data controller for data collected via the online shop
betimo.pl is the shop owner – BETIMO Michał Parpura, Kraśnik
Górny 46B, 59-700 Bolesławiec.
2. The betimo.pl online shop operates in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 29 August
1997 on the protection of personal data (Journal of Laws of 2002, No. 101, item 926, as subsequently
amendments) and the Act of 18 July 2002 on the provision of electronic services
(Journal of Laws No. 144, item 1204, as amended)
3. By making purchases at betimo.pl, you consent to
the collection, processing, storage and use of your data by
the Data Controller.
4. The data controller processes the data solely for the purpose of fulfilling contracts concluded
via the betimo.pl online shop
5. The data controller is authorised to disclose personal data only
to entities authorised under the relevant legal provisions.
6. The Data Controller undertakes to protect personal data against destruction,
loss, disclosure, unauthorised access or misuse.
7. The Customer has the right to access and correct their personal data, and
to have them removed from the database. To do so, the Customer may contact

FINAL PROVISIONS
1. BETIMO reserves the right to change the prices of products available in
the shop’s range (Price changes do not apply to orders currently being processed,
which have already been definitively confirmed and paid for), to introduce new
products to the shop’s range, to withdraw products from the shop’s range,
to run and cancel promotional campaigns on the Shop’s website, or
to make changes to them.
2. BETIMO reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions. The new terms and conditions
come into force as soon as they are published on the website.
3. All descriptions, products, photographs and trade marks featured on the
betimo.pl website belong to their respective owners, are protected by copyright and
are used for information purposes only. Copying, processing and
distribution without written consent is prohibited. Any
unauthorised use thereof may constitute an infringement of copyright,
trade mark protection and other property rights.
4. In matters not covered by the above document, the relevant
provisions of the Civil Code and the provisions of the Act on the Protection of Certain Consumer Rights
and on Liability for Damage Caused by a Dangerous Product
shall apply.
