The order for a tombstone photo can be placed in 4 ways:

- Order form available here. We recommend this way.

- By e-mail (we will charge an additional fee for order processing + PLN 10 net), by sending and describing all the parameters of the photo to the e-mail address: info@betimo.pl

- Mail or courier: with registered and priority option, sending physical photos to the address: Betimo, Kraśnik Górny 46B, 59-700 Bolesławiec, Poland

- Deliver the photo in person to our headquarters

Photos on porcelain, crystal and 2.5D laser are made up to 7 working days as standard. Photos on 3D porcelain up to 4 weeks. During the year there may be periods with longer waiting time and we usually inform you about it in the first step when placing an order on our website www.betimo.pl. If, in addition, the design option has been selected, the time of taking the photo is counted from the moment the customer accepts the photo. On the other hand, the waiting time for the project is 1-4 business days. Please also take into account the additional time for the shipment itself.

Please note that we will take an image from any photograph, but the better the quality of the original photo the better the final product. Photos sent electronically should be scanned at a resolution of at least 600dpi and saved in *jpg or *png format. You can eventually take a picture of the photo with a good camera or smartphone, but please pay attention to shadows, glare and distortion. When ordering via email, please provide a detailed description of each photo.

At the time when the quality of the photo is very poor, it is possible to repair such a photo for an additional fee thanks to the option:"Photo optimization".

Photo optimization - these are advanced tools aimed at repairing the very poor quality of the original photograph. This method is best used for blurry photos, thumbnails, photos with very low resolution or those coming from scans of documents such as a driver's license or plastic ID card. Due to the fact that the changes due to the optimization procedure can be very large, we recommend selecting the "Project" option of the photo at the same time. Below are sample photographs:

Yes, we can take a photo in accelerated mode for photos (this does not apply to photos on 3D porcelain):

- on porcelain - price higher by 100% from the initial price

- on crystal - price 50% higher than the original price

- in 2.5D laser technology - the price is 25% higher than the original price

The photo will be burned on the first possible date (usually the final product is ready in 2-3 business days). If the photo is not completed due to malfunction or fortuitous events, we will send the photo as soon as possible at no additional cost.

We have no influence on the delivery time of the parcel. For urgent shipments, we suggest you choose the courier option.

It depends on the material on which the photo is to be taken and the expected size. Please send your inquiry to the following email address: info@betimo.pl. On the other hand, there is a high probability that there is such a possibility, while it is associated with an extended period of implementation, i.e. 3-6 weeks and higher costs.

Yes. Please send the photo to our email address and in the title of the email write: "Photo for evaluation". We will respond as soon as possible.
