Company registration
The first step is to register your business on our platform. Create an account to upload photos, place orders and track their status. The process is quick and secure.

Preparing the photograph
Upload a photo in digital format (max. 100 MB) in the following formats: JPG, PNG, TIFF, PSD, HEIC, PDF, SVG, WEBP, BMP. The recommended resolution is at least 600 dpi. We recommend studio photographs, ID photographs, passport photographs or other high-quality photographs.

Placing an order
Place your order via our online platform. The system allows you to quickly upload photos and select product specifications, as well as track the status of your order. Order

Retouching and preparation
The photos are retouched by our team to ensure they meet the highest quality standards.

Production and order fulfilment
The production lead time is usually up to 7 working days, but we also offer products for which production may take longer. If the design requires approval, the lead time is calculated from the moment it is approved.

Delivery and collection
We deliver our products by priority registered post, courier, via InPost (including parcel lockers) or Poczta Polska, in accordance with your preferences. We aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible.

Requirements for uploaded files

Details regarding the files being sent:
- Files in JPG, PNG and HEIC formats are preferred because they process quickly. And in 95 per cent of cases, they are sufficient.
- TIFF and PSD formats generally offer the highest quality for editing.
- PDF, SVG and WEBP files are accepted, but may require further preparation.
- We recommend uploading files with a minimum resolution of 600 dpi, to ensure the highest quality of the finished product.
