In accordance with Regulation (EU) of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing the Directive (GDPR), we hereby inform you that:

2. Your personal data will be processed for the purpose of providing a service or fulfilling a contract pursuant to Article 6(1)(b) of the General Data Protection Regulation of 27 April 2016. and for archiving (evidential) purposes, which constitutes the Controller’s legitimate interest pursuant to Article 6(1)(f) of the General Data Protection Regulation of 27 April 2016.
3. The recipients of your personal data will be limited to entities authorised to receive personal data in accordance with the law, and entities with which the Controller has entered into data processing agreements for the provision of accounting, IT and hosting services, as well as entities cooperating in the performance of a service or contract.
4. Your personal data will be retained for the duration of the service or the term of the contract, and for a further period of 10 years following its conclusion, for the purposes of pursuing claims arising from the provision of the service or the contract, and for archiving (for evidential purposes) or until you withdraw your consent.
5. You have the right to request that the data controller grant you access to your personal data, and the right to have it rectified, erased or to restrict its processing.
6. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority.
7. The provision of personal data is voluntary; however, failure to provide certain data may result in the service not being provided or the contract not being concluded.
8. Your data may be processed automatically if you consent to the subscription service. Your personal data will not be subject to profiling.
