In accordance with the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) of April 27, 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing the Directive (RODO), we inform you that:
(1) The administrator of your personal data is Betimo, based in Kraśnik Górny 46B, 59-700 Bolesławiec, tel. 604 126 531, e-mail: info@betimo.pl.
(2) Your personal data will be processed for the purpose of performing a service or contract on the basis of Article 6(1)(b) of the General Data Protection Regulation of April 27, 2016 and for archival (evidential) purposes, which is a legitimate interest of the Administrator on the basis of Article 6(1)(f) of the General Data Protection Regulation of April 27, 2016.
(3) Recipients of your personal data will be only entities authorized to obtain personal data under the law and entities with which the Administrator has entered into agreements for entrustment of personal data processing in the field of accounting, IT and hosting services, as well as entities cooperating in the implementation of the service or contract.
(4) Your personal data will be stored for the duration of the service or the contract and also for a period of 10 years after its termination for the purposes of claiming the performance of the service or the contract and for archiving (evidence) purposes or until you withdraw your consent.
(5) You have the right to request from the controller access to your personal data, the right to rectify it, delete it or restrict its processing.
6 You have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority.
(7) Provision of personal data is voluntary, however, failure to provide certain data may result in the inability to perform the service or conclude a contract.
(8) Your data may be processed by automated means if you consent to the subscription service. Your personal data will not be subject to profiling.
