Frequently Asked Questions

We normally produce photos on porcelain, crystal and 2.5D laser within 7 working days. Photos on 3D porcelain take up to 7 weeks. There may be periods during the year when waiting times are longer, and we usually inform you of this at the very first stage when placing an order on our website www.betimo.pl. If the design option has also been selected, the production time for the photo is counted from the moment the customer approves the design. The waiting time for the design itself is 1–4 working days. Please also allow for additional time for delivery.

Yes, we can take a photo in time-lapse mode (this does not apply to photos on 3D porcelain):

- on porcelain – the price is 100% higher than the base price

- on crystal – the price is 50% higher than the base price

- using 2.5D laser technology – the price is 25% higher than the base price

The photo will be fired at the earliest possible date (the finished product is usually ready within 2–3 working days). If the photo cannot be produced due to a technical fault or unforeseen circumstances, we will send it as soon as possible at no extra cost.

We have no control over the delivery time of the parcel. For urgent deliveries, we recommend choosing the courier option.

Yes, please tick the ‘design’ option when placing your order using the order form, which is available here.

We usually send the design within 1–5 working days.

Yes, if this option is available, the following option will appear in step 2 of the ordering process: ‘Ship with previous order’.

Please note that your previous order will remain on hold until your next order has been processed.

It depends on the material the photograph is to be printed on and the required size. Please send your enquiry to the following email address: info@betimo.pl. It is highly likely that this is possible, but it will involve a longer lead time of 3–6 weeks and higher costs.

Please bear in mind that we will produce a print from any photograph, but the better the quality of the original image, the better the final product will be. Photographs sent electronically should be scanned at a resolution of at least 600 dpi and saved in *jpg or *png format. You can, of course, take a photo of the photograph using a good camera or a smartphone, but please be mindful of shadows, glare and distortion. When placing an order by email, please provide a detailed description of each photograph.

If the quality of a photograph is very poor, it is possible to enhance it for an additional fee using the ‘Photo Optimisation’ option.

Photo optimisation involves advanced tools designed to restore original photographs of very poor quality. This method is best used for out-of-focus photos, thumbnails, very low-resolution images, or scans of documents such as driving licences or plastic ID cards. As the changes resulting from the optimisation process can be quite significant, we recommend that you also tick the ‘Draft’ option for the photo. Below are some example photographs:

Yes. Please send the photo to our email address and include the subject line: "Photo for assessment". We will reply as soon as possible.

Yes, but if there’s a chance that another photo exists, it’s worth looking for it. If there’s no other option, you should tick the ‘Optimisation’ box when placing your order.
